JJW00198 Serial number – These J.J. Scheckel Powertrain Plus Rebuild Program machines go through a highly proven and highly detailed process we have developed over the last 25 years in business. In addition, all powertrain specifications in our program are performed thru authorized CAT Dealers to comply with having these machines qualify for the CAT CPT Certified Powertrain designation and further warranty.
Powertrain Plus, Work Order Rebuild Details:
• Engine, CAT Factory Reman w/ CAT 4 year, 6,000 hr warranty.
• Torque Converter – CAT Factory Reman w/ CAT 4 Year, 6,000 hr warranty.
• Radiator & Aftercoolers – Rebuilt. Boiled, Pressure tested, Resealed.
• Transmission – CAT Dealer CPT Rebuild, w/ CAT 4 Year, 6,000 hr warranty.
• Differential – CAT Dealer CPT Rebuild, w/ CAT 4 Year, 6,000 hr warranty.
• Right Final Drive – CAT Dealer CPT Rebuild, w/ CAT 4 Year, 6,000 hr warranty.
• Right Steering Clutch & Brake – CAT Dealer CPT Rebuild.
• Left Final Drive – CAT Dealer CPT Rebuild, w/ CAT 4 Year, 6,000 hr warranty.
• Left Steering Clutch & Brake – CAT Dealer CPT Rebuild.
• Track Frames – Stripped, Sandblasted, Die checked for cracks. All major and minor bogie pins checked for movement, resealed front track adjuster cannon, rebuilt equalizer bar ends, installed new pivot shaft bushings inside track frames.
• Hydraulic cylinders, blade, and ripper – Every hydraulic cylinder on the machine was resealed and repacked.
• Hydraulic pumps – All pumps pressure tested and confirmed to CAT Spec, replaced with reman as program specifications on hydraulic ran motor & transmission pump.
• Hydraulic coolers – All coolers replaced as warranty required, or boiled, and pressure tested. All powertrain coolers replaced with factory reman.
• Exhaust – 100% New exhaust pipes and clean emissions module.
• Cab Interior – Cleaned and refurbished as needed. All gauges working correctly, all factory intended pieces present and in good working order. Clean headliner and fabric, Seat 100% working as intended, all windows and plastic in excellent condition with no breaks.
• Air Condition – New A/C compressor, dryer, and accumulator, and 100% new lines, condenser boiled and tested. Tested to factory cooling temp.
• Heater – New heater hoses.
• Wiring – New engine main wiring harness. New powertrain harness as program required, All other wiring replaced as needed with any evidence of prior break, rub through, or damage.
• Hydraulic hoses –Replaced every powertrain hydraulic hose on machine that program required, OEM CAT hoses. All blade and ripper hoses also new. On entire machine, 75% of all hoses will be new.
• Control Valves – Reconditioned steering and brake control valve, Transmission control valve, Powertrain flow control valve, and resealed hydraulic valves as needed.
• Driveshaft – Reconditioned, replaced spiders as program required.
• Undercarriage – 100% New CAT with OEM CAT warranty.
• Main Frame – Machine stripped to bare frame. Sandblasted, die checked for cracks, installed new main frame pivot shaft bushings. Installed new hardnose pins and bushings.
• Pivot Shaft – measured and recorded to CAT Spec, die checked for cracks, checked run out, installed 100% new bushings, installed 100% new seals in main frame and track frames for pivot shaft.
• Equalizer Bar – Sandblasted, checked for cracks, installed 100% new pins, bushings, seals.
• Hardnose – Sandblasted, checked for cracks, measured lift cylinder cannons to CAT spec, installed 100% new bushings in lift cylinder cannons. Installed 100% new pins and bushings in hardnose mounting holes.
• Blade and Ripper pin bores – Every single pin and bushing gone through, all pins and bushings replaced on the blade and ripper.
• Blade Spill Guards – Blade spill guard straightened.
• Blade Arms – installed new trunnion ball end bushings.
• Blade Face and Cutting Edges – Machine will come with good solid face and cutting edges or if below 75% replaced with new.
• Batteries – Installed 100% new factory CAT Batteries and main battery cables.
• Paint Detail – Every painted piece on this machine, was painted with the high quality 2 part Polyurethane.
• Oils and Filters – All oils and filters are new throughout the machine.
• Final Testing – CAT Dealer extensively tests all systems, we follow this with documented pressures, as well as a white glove and oil dye extensive test for any oil leaks and seeps.
• We have fully documented pictures of the machine build to share with purchaser.
• Single Shank Ripper Installed.
• U blade w/ tilt.
• Clean, straight sheet metal.
• CAT C27, 722 HP Engine, Tier 4 final.
