Zero Hour Rebuild on Rear Engine and both Transmissions & Torque Converters, New Front Tires, Clean Scraper, 1 of 3 Available. Read the Details:
• DBD serial number series.
• Recent work orders just completed:
– Zero hour rebuild on rear engine. Reconditioned block, Reman CAT liner packs, Reman CAT head, New cam bearings, New oil pump.
– Zero hour rebuild on rear transmission and torque converter. Installed all new OEM CAT Bearing kits and Seal kits,Measured all disks and gears to CAT reusability specs.
– Zero hour rebuild on front transmission and torque converter. Installed all new OEM CAT bearing kits and seal kits, Replaced all disks with new.
– Zero hour rebuild on front trans differential. Rebuilt with CAT bearings and set preload to CAT spec.
– Zero hour rebuild on both front final drives/wheel ends. Rebuilt both sides with new CAT bearings and inspected all gears for reusability or replacement. Installed all new gears and carriers on left side due to prior failure.
– Fixed any machine leaks.
– Serviced all oils and filters on machine
– Installed new cutting edges and end bits and routers.
• Machine shows 27,820 original frame hours. Prior certified powertrain rebuild was done in 2013, and we just performed the current rebuilds with no hours of use since.

This is a pretty clean CAT 627G scraper, showing some higher hours, but well maintained by a national corporation prior. Strictly a dirt machine, no rock history. The bowl is good, all rollers are good, the hitch pins and bushings are above average tight, with no known leaking cylinders or hoses. All brakes adjusted and working.
